Please read the terms and conditions carefully before any action. By using this website you means you agree that you have read , understood and are bound by the terms.

Packages are generally dispatched within 4 to 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via company’s tie up courier service with required signature, bulk order and whole sale orders also dispatched within 4-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via tie up courier services and transport company .additional cost will be applied in the condition of price up. However in some cases, it may take longer, up to 7 or more days to ship the order. Delivery terms are different for those  customer who wants any special order please contact us before place the order.      

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. If  you believe that the goods are not in good condition or the packaging is tampered with or damage, before accepting delivery of the goods, please inform us as soon as possible and refuse to take the delivery. you can inform us via email or call us

*We are not responsible of the any product and retail and whole sale order are not supplied in due time due strikes, lockout fires and other similar causes beyond our control.

*Every order shipped only to a single destination address.

*Please enter your valid address and phone/mobile number. our delivery partners will return the product to our factory after 2 attempt.

Returns policy

You can return the items with in 7 days,10% restocking fee applicable on these items. Please ensure that the items you want  to return us not washed,used,if company found that something wrong with item we will return the package to you.If the product is not in good condition defacted or any manufacturing error.we will exchange the item with the same category, if the item in the stock.we will exchange your product with in 15 days.you can cancelled your order before dispatch.one way shipping cost paid by you ,if the product delivered to you .

                     

Overview

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
